• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

• To request a cancellation, email us at threadcraftcoin@gmail.com with your order ID.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• For prepaid orders, refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
